Hundreds of British holiday makers affected by a virus outbreak in Majorca may be able to claim compensation.
Have you recently stayed at the Hotels Jupiter or Saturno in Alcudia, Majorca? If so, you may be one of the hundreds who have been affected by an air borne virus causing sickness and diarrohea.
It has been reported that due to lack of basic food hygiene and general housekeeping a virus has been allowed to breed in the Hotels Jupiter and Saturno, which in turn has ruined hundreds of holidays including families with young children. Some of the many examples of alleged poor hygiene include:
Diarrohea found in pool
Mould growing on coffee machines
Chips being picked off the floor and throw back into baskets
No housekeeping, so no clean bed linen following children being sick
Rubbish bins not emptied
Dead fish being scooped out of lake in the hotel complex, and thrown straight into a wheelie bin.
