Simon Marshall
Simon Marshall is a Litigation Executive with over 10 years experience in working in the law. Simon is passionate about South Yorkshire, his roots lay in Rotherham where he began his career at the Magistrates' Court. In 1999 he moved to Irwin Mitchell and then joined the team at Ashton Morton Slack in 2005.
Simon has gained valuable experience in assessing the merits of new claims. He has an excellent telephone manner and the majority of his claims are progressed over the telephone saving the client having to come into the office.
