Natalie Rodgers
Natalie is a true people person; her confident and friendly communication style makes her an excellent team leader. In addition to managing the team, Natalie is the first point of contact for many work sources and she leads the firms' corporate support of charities which help support many of our clients including Brake, the Road Safety Charity, the Spinal Injuries Association and Headway, the Brain Injury Association.
Natalie is well informed and keeps up-to-date with legislation and current affairs to ensure that her team have access to the very latest information. She is passionate about exceeding clients' expectations and has implemented a no voicemail policy throughout the team to ensure that clients will always be able to reach a person on the end of the phone during office hours.
With over 10 years experience working in a law firm Natalie has a wide ranging experience and lives by her motto "Grab every opportunity put to you with both hands". Her determination and focus on getting the best for clients is paramount to the success of the team.
Natalie is not afraid of hard work and led her team to raise over £3000 at a charity auction, in addition to selling sponsorship of 18 holes for a golf tournament and this year she is entering the Race for Life with daughter Amelie who is thought to be the youngest entrant and the age of 3.
